Arrival & Departure
Check in time is from 3 p.m. onward and check out time is at 11 a.m. Early check in and extended check out can be arranged at an additional cost. If you are checking in after 11 p.m. Please notify us in advance.

Rates are for single or double occupancy only.

A maximum of one (1) person per single room and maximum of two (2) people per double or queen room are permitted. Children are welcome in our double or queen rooms and count towards occupancy. All rooms have 1 bed only. We are not able to provide a roll-away, pull out bed or crib.

We welcome dogs up to 11.4 kg (25 lbs.). Please ensure you request one of our ‘pet friendly’ rooms at the time of your reservation.

Payment methods
We accept Cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Interac Direct Debit for payment. However a valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. Payment at check-in can be in any form above.

Security/Deposit Policy
A authorization will be applied to your credit card for the term of your stay plus a $250 incidental charge. Payment will only be posted to your credit card at the time of check out unless you choose a different form of payment for the value of your stay and any incidental charges and all other authorized amounts are released. Various financial institutions may have different policies regarding authorizations and the amount of time they may be held for. If you do not have a credit card at the time of check in, you will be required to provide a $250 deposit by cash or debit card, which will be refunded after satisfactory room inspection.

Hot Breakfast is available between 7 to 10 am on weekdays at an additional cost.
Pastries and fruits are available 24/7 at an additional cost

Unfortunately our Hotel is NOT barrier-free. We DO NOT have an elevator or ‘lift’.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival. For any ‘no show’ or failure to meet our 48 hour cancellation policy, a penalty of up to two (2) nights rate will be charged.

The hotel has a fully-integrated fire detection system and has been updated to meet all current fire codes. However, no candles or open flames in room are permitted.

We are a strictly Non-Smoking facility. Smoking will result in an immediate request to leave, and an additional minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged. No refunds will be given for unused portions of the reservation.

Do not remove any items from the rooms. By doing so you will be charged accordingly. Such items are but not limited to: towels, bedding, linens, water flask, glasses, books, remote controls, iPad, iPad docking stations, charging cords, USB adapters or any other accessories.
